Meet Danielle Bunnell

Architecture has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Raised by a builder father and a mother who studied architecture and designed our family home, I developed an early appreciation for exceptional design, craftsmanship, and the way great homes shape the way we live.

My professional journey has been anything but conventional. As an entrepreneur, I've launched a successful denim brand, owned and operated a beloved Santa Monica coffee shop, renovated and invested in residential properties, and founded a company specializing in the design and construction of Mid-Century-inspired tiny homes. These experiences have given me a unique perspective that extends far beyond traditional real estate.

Today, I bring together my passions for architecture, design, construction, and real estate to help clients make confident, informed decisions. I have a particular appreciation for Mid-Century Modern architecture, natural materials, thoughtful craftsmanship, and timeless design. Whether preparing a property for market, identifying opportunities to maximize value, or helping buyers recognize a home's hidden potential, I approach every transaction with both a creative eye and a strategic mindset.

My hands-on experience with construction and renovation allows me to see beyond surface aesthetics. I understand the complexities of a home, from its design and functionality to potential improvements and challenges that may not be immediately apparent.
